    I've been to New Zealand and tried the Manuka Honey and it's like a mix of butter, nutella and honey. It's not really liquid-y So you can even chew it(i am probably the only that does that) So all in all Very good(expensive tho)

    "Regular honey" may very well be some corn syrup concoction. Honey is the third most adulterated food in the world. If you don't know where your honey came from, it might not be honey, or may only be partially honey. A lot of commercial honey is heating during processing, which can destroy enzymes. They also filter out the pollen. When you say, "This honey is delicious", it makes me think that maybe you've never had real honey.

    Manuka honey is like natures neosporin, great treatment for burns and cuts. It tastes sweet and savory, kind of like a tobacco flavor, but is expensive because it is imported from New Zealand.

    Whoa... whoa... "Unlike regular honey it's not runny" ?! If it's runny, it's not real honey at all. It's a mixture of honeys and water based sugar syrups, because real honeys crystalize to some degree over time.

    Every home in New Zealand, just about, has a jar of manuka honey. Great on toast. Lovely in hot chocolate or ™Milo. If you like honey, I suggest you try both thyme and borage honeys. Thyme is a phenomenal honey. Like velvet but in a good way.

    Tenderize the meat first. Leave it marinating for 1-3 days. Wash it off. Dry it off with towels. Then dry age it. ;)

    Next time you should play a practical joke on Angel. Make your "control group" a lesser steak dry age it half the time then for your "experiment" dry age some Wagu. Then once he declared the experiment better than the control tell him you dry aged it in seaman. lol I grantee 50 million views.

    Dry aging is controlled rotting. Bone marrow rots much faster than muscle. Limit the thickness to under 2" and cut the time in half. Vacuum seal the meat with honey and the "oxidation" will be self limiting.
